Why I started StemHealth
I'm 52. I can dance at a house music show until 2 AM, and the next day I feel like I did in my thirties. My friends my age, and many who are younger, tell me they just can't bounce back like that anymore.
I've been active most of my life. For about a decade, I was captain of a competitive recreational soccer team here in New York City, with weekly games. I loved it, but the morning after almost every game I felt beat up, like I'd been in a fight. Sore and wiped out.
The pandemic stopped soccer for about three years. About two months before my first game back, I started taking StemActive. I fully expected to feel rough the next morning.
Instead I had what I call my "disconnect moment." I was rushing out the door and had this feeling I'd forgotten something important. Then it hit me. I didn't feel bad at all.
Later, I got so busy that I stopped taking StemActive. A few weeks after that, the old soreness after games came back, so I went right back on StemActive.
Today I'm up at 6:30 in the morning and I have energy until 10 or 11 at night. I work a corporate tech job, I take care of my own clients, I hit the gym 3 times a week, and I love long walks around Manhattan, Brooklyn and Williamsburg. StemActive plays a role in why I feel like that. It took me about 2 to 3 months to notice a clear difference in my energy. It's a supplement, so the effect builds up. It's not immediate. My mom is 73, and she noticed she has more energy too.
Why I share this: it changed how I feel every day, I've seen what it's done for people around me, and I want more people over 40 to know there's a simple option for healthy aging.
My honest advice: it's worth trying if you're OK paying for it, because it's not cheap. Take 2 capsules daily and give it about 3 months.
Individual results may vary. This is my personal experience and is not intended as medical treatment or advice.
