This page explains, in plain English, what information StemHealth.co collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Who we are

StemHealth.co is an independent website run by Alex Mikaloff, a HealthyHome Independent Distributor. It is not the official HealthyHome corporate website and is not operated by HealthyHome. In this policy, "we", "us" and "I" mean Alex Mikaloff and StemHealth.co.

What we collect

What you give us: your first name and email address when you sign up for the free guide, and your phone number if you choose to add it (it is optional).
Basic technical details: the page you signed up on, your browser type (user agent), and the date and time of your signup. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data such as IP addresses and security logs to keep the site running and safe.
Cookies and analytics: we do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels at this time. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. If we add analytics or other cookies later, we will update this page.

How we use it

To give you the free guide you asked for.
To send you emails about healthy aging and StemActive, including tips, updates and offers.
To answer you if you contact us.
To keep the site secure and working.

We do not send text messages at this time. If we offer texts in the future, we will ask for your separate consent first. Giving us your phone number is not consent to receive texts.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use a few trusted companies to run this site and our emails. They may process your information only to provide their services to us:

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores signup information.
Email and marketing providers (in the future, for example a platform such as GoHighLevel) to send our emails.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Purchases

When you click a link to buy StemActive or another product, you leave this site and go to the HealthyHome site. Your order, payment, shipping and customer service are handled by HealthyHome under HealthyHome's own privacy policy and terms. We do not see or store your payment details.

Your choices

Unsubscribe: every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed. We honor opt-out requests promptly, and always within 10 business days.
Access, correction or deletion: you can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Email amikaloff@gmail.com and we will respond as required by law.
State privacy rights: depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights. Contact us and we will help.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are subscribed and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is meant for adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
